Riverwalk Retreat is a lovely escape with breathtaking views on the water. Centrally located on Wilmington's downtown river walk, this elegant property offers a front row view of the Cape Fear River. The vibrant river walk features some of Wilmington's favorite restaurants, shops and a view of the USS North Carolina WWll battleship.

Elegantly appointed, this is a quaint one bedroom a queen bed, full bathroom, washer/dryer. This charming unit is bright and vibrant with a cozy living room, which leads to a balcony with a full view of the river walk. Please note - this unit is on the second floor of the building (top floor) and stairs are required to access the property.

Within walking distance of all that downtown Wilmington has to offer: restaurants, shops, tours of all varieties: water boat, walking, carriage, trolley, ghost and historical. Enjoy the view of our majestic battleship. Within 15-20 minutes, the beaches, theaters, UNCW, concert venue are a short drive away.

Guests will have access to the entire condo during their stay. We do have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise everything in the condo is available to use.

This unit is self check in. Hosts will be available through messaging.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking garage located a few blocks from the condo.
