Nestled just 12 minutes from the beach and downtown, our home features one of the largest private putting greens and pools in the area. With 4 inviting bedrooms and 3 spacious bathrooms, our villa comfortably hosts 8 adults or a mix of 6 adults and 7 children. It’s the perfect vacation home for the whole family. Enjoy the blend of relaxation and adventure in our tropical paradise.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
● 10:00 AM ● Run dishwasher ● Turn off all lights ● Lock all windows, doors ● Leave use towels and sheets on the floor ● Empty trash ● Set AC to 82 ● Place all remote controls back
● Let us know of any damage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Un-Registered Guests are allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
There is late check out fee $100 per hour in the next two hours. There is late check out fee $200 per hour if check out delayed more than 2 hours.
Pool heating cost is additional - $30 per day, $500maximum
