We have lived in the Newport-Middletown area for 36 years and love so many things about it. We are delighted to share our future retirement home with visitors to our beautiful location.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is comprised of traditional and older cottage style homes together with beautiful new and renovated homes near the ocean. The smaller sized lots push people to interact and the result is a friendly and active neighborhood. We often see dogs and their walkers, cyclists, and others out for a stroll.
What makes this property unique
Our house combines the best of the old and new. Our traditional cape style home has some great older features but a brand new kitchen, newly installed central AC, and other upgrades.
