Mountain Top Escape to Convene with Friends & Family w/ Hot Tub & Many Decks

Connect with friends and family while sipping coffee on the porch and watching for deer, wild turkeys or humming birds. Share some of the fruits of our garden and cook in the fully equipped kitchen or grill on the porch after hiking, touring or just hanging out in hammock. Play air hockey in the attic or games or do a puzzle. Later, warm up by the wood stove, with a glass of wine or a book, get the chill out in the hot tub or roast s'mores in the fire pit in the garden and see more stars than you ever have. There are so many choices. . .

Historic Dutch colonial home located 2 doors from the Stone Church situated on 2+ acres of lawn with native species gardens, a firepit and a hot tub that seats 6. There is separate garage and an unobtrusive tenant over the garage that you will rarely see.

Near wine trails, hiking trails and Sam's Point Preserve. 45 minutes to New Paltz, 10 minutes to Ellenville or Pine Bush for shopping or dining.

Ideal for relaxation, family time and visits with good friends.

Beautiful fall foliage with many hiking choices at your doorstep -- later you can retire . . .by the fire or warm up in the hot tub.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Easy to Forget Items: - Are all outdoor lights out (Commonly left on)? - Empty the coffee machines? - Remember all of your chargers and personal items that may not be with your luggage.
Wash any Hot Tub Towels if time - if you do please get them to the dryer.
Please make sure that all windows are closed and locked in cold weather or not open more than 2" in warm weather.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet enjoyment is encouraged. Noise must be reasonable after 11 pm on weekends and 10 pm on weekdays as noise carries on the mountain.
Any increase in the # of guests must be approved. There may be an additional charge if your group expands.
2 cellular numbers must be provided at time of booking Our insurance policy prohibits dogs with lock jaws and certain larger aggressive dogs.
