Amazing Grace Home on the River

Discover the beauty of Blanco from this delightful 3-bedroom house. With 2 queen beds, a twin trundle, 1 full bed, and 1 full/twin bunk bed, our gorgeous property offers tremendous space for guests to relax and unwind. Enjoy the comforts of AC/heat, and WiFi throughout. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers with a bath tub in one bathroom. Additionally, there are 2 living rooms with 2 comfy spacious couches to accommodate 2 guest. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place as the river makes a great place to enjoy a the morning and the evening just by looking at water all year around. We always have water here as it is also spring fed. Paddle boat, fish, wade, float, swim, as there are steps and a dock located by the river all at your own discretion when water is low of course. Another deck is above the hill and the porch yard seating allow viewing of river as well. Both living areas allow ample seating and tables for viewing TV.s in each room or tables for game play. Come make lifelong memories here.

Wonderful Stay and Fantastic Property Owner

We had a wonderful experience with this rental! The property owner Pamela was so incredibly kind, understanding, helpful and communicative. From the moment we booked all the way until we checked out of the property, she was so kind and helpful and really helped us feel so welcomed! When our arrival plans kept changing the day of, she was so accommodating and understanding. And the property itself was very charming! Such a great location by the river and a very comfortable inviting home decor. Can’t recommend this place highly enough! It really was everything we had hoped it would be!

The space could have been cleaner — there were some areas that clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. It didn’t quite meet the standard we were expecting based on the listing photos.
