CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - There will be concrete restoration project happening at 1800 Atlantic Starting in May 2025 through the Spring of 2026. This construction WILL impact your stay if you are staying during the week days. Please contact All Florida Keys Property Management for more detailed information.

Fabulous top floor ocean-view penthouse condo. Available during the Spring/Summer Season. Enjoy the Ocean-breeze's from your fabulous private balcony.

There is wireless internet. Full kitchen and Washer/Dryer. This unit is good value.

The property is available for rent from May until January each year, owned by one of the complex's original owners who still gets to enjoy the Beautiful Winters here each year.

The Value cannot be beat for the amenities at your hand.

Enjoy our Island delights from museums to galleries, from Live theatre to fabulous bands.
There is something here for everyone.

Diving, Fishing, Snorkeling or take in a Sunset at the Famous Mallory Square.

Another wonderful 2 months stay at 1800 Atlantic

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th stay in this unit at 1800 Atlantic. We enjoyed our stay as usual. The unit is spacious, and the views are stunning on the long balcony which we enjoyed nightly. The neighbors we met were friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning next year.

Great location with perfect views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third visit at 1800. Obviously we like it there. The complex is attractive and well managed with lovely gardens, tennis courts, a small library and a beautiful pool. The units are spacious. The unit in which we stayed has a lot of the owner's personal effects, many of which are lovely works of art by local artists. Balconies are large and designed to have views of the ocean. It is lovely to begin and end each day there with the beverage of your choice enjoying a views and warm salt air. The location is very close to Smathers Beach and a short drive to the action downtown if you want that. We saw Uber cars there many times a day. Check in and out were easy and when we had concerns they were addressed promptly. We hope to return again next year and for many years to come. It has become our Christmas home away from home. We even decorated the balcony with lights this year for the holidays.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condominium complex at 1800 Atlantic is very well maintained and has a wonderful location. The pool and lounging area offers a front row view of the Atlantic Ocean. The view from the balcony of the unit is fantastic. Our management company was professional and responsive in checking us in, handling any problems which we encountered (which were few). The staff at 1800 Atlantic are courteous, dedicated and helpful to guests. We enjoyed our time there and hope to return again.
