We had a wonderful time soaking in the hot tub late at night watching the Perseids meteor shower in mid August, and having followed a great day lounging, swimming, and diving in the beautiful pool. The RV was clean and comfortable and Coti and Eddy were great at addressing any needs or questions we had. We shall return....! CJ

Like No Other

Our Labor Day weekend glamping trip with family and dog: clean, well taken care of property and well equipped RV. The common areas had a working kitchen with full frig (in addition to our campsite cooking and RV interior) a ping pong table, lounge area and the most incredible pool! The amenities were so awesome we had no reason to leave for anything! As a family we enjoyed the pool area with waterfalls and hot tub for hours. There were nice lounging chairs as well as a large table. Just outside the pool area was additional tables and common space grill, frig and pizza oven. We will stay again! Perfect camping trip for us!

Like having a private resort!!

This property is absolutely breathtaking! The pool is a true oasis, featuring a magical waterfall, hot tub, and a thoughtfully designed shallow area that’s perfect for young children. The entire space is fully gated, with lush green lawns, fire pits, and plenty of comfortable lounge areas to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the outdoor kitchen, which is as well-equipped as any home kitchen, plus fun extras like a charcoal pizza oven! We loved dining under twinkling fairy lights in the spacious, covered picnic area—a perfect setting for memorable family meals. After dinner, the outdoor covered game area was a hit with our family, providing hours of entertainment. The RV itself is brand new, with two cozy bedrooms, but we found ourselves spending most of our time outdoors because there was just so much to enjoy. The location also couldn’t be more convenient, close to the Yuba, a well-stocked market (Mother Truckers), and even the fire department just down the street, which gave us extra peace of mind as we have a young daughter who is type 1 diabetic. Coti was a wonderful host! We had an unforgettable experience and can’t wait to return!
