Saturday to Saturday bookings only - This modern style home is in a good central location , close to beaches and town center . It has a nice cape cod feel with modern touches . It is very spacious and comfortable with modern furnishings, and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a modern large eat-in kitchen. It has a dining room, and a nice comfortable sitting room and small office space . It has full bathrooms on 2 levels . The spacious living room area and is modernly furnished and has a 62 inch smart TV . The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and large flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with flat screen TV. The third bedroom has twin sized trundle bed and top floor bedroom has full sized bed. The property also has nice porch area is equipped with exterior Lawn furniture with BBQ grill with well kept garden.. This lovely rental also offers free cable and Wi-Fi service .

The home is centrally located directly on a bike path and the shuttle bus route and is 1.25 miles to the beach and walking distance to town and shops. The house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac and is walking distance to Surfside Rd. First time in Nantucket

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. The central location was perfect for visiting the beaches and walking to town. The house was very clean, comfortable, and the fresh flowers were an added bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again!

A one week getaway

We have been traveling to Nantucket Since 1986. This past season has been difficult trying to get a vehicle across on the Steamship Ferry. I was turning 60 The first week of August and my wife surprised me with a trip. Leaving our vehicles in Hyannis and staying at home that was close to town and other locations that we like. The house has a parking lot and driveway on two of its sides, so you hear cars and trucks pulling in and out constantly. The host declines to purchase laundry detergent or paper towels for her guests, even as the dishwasher and a bunch of electrics didn’t work. In general it didn’t feel great to pay top Nantucket dollar for this place, will book earlier and find better value next time elsewhere.

We did everything to keep these guests happy ! We had every small issue fixed immediately . We have been renting our property for 15/years with many return renters . Our property reflects excellent value for t,he dollars compared to other properties ,Our other reviews speak for itself .! you can’t please everyone , especially the super needy !

Perfect Spot for a Family vacation on Nantucket

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this spacious, well-appointed, conveniently located property on Nantucket. The unit was nicely decorated, and centrally located to everything on the island. There is also a pretty deck off the back where you can relax after a day of fun. Added bonus was a friendly, neighborhood chicken who gave us eggs for breakfast! Thank you Ann for your hospitality. We look forward to returning!

Very nice, clean house in central location!

We had a great stay with our children. The house is clean, everything worked, and we had everything we needed during our stay, from kitchen equipment to books and board games to beach chairs and towels. The location is very central and a short walk/bike ride to the grocery store and restaurants!

Great house

We had a great stay! The house is a perfect size and the location is good. Easy walk to town during the day and short uber ride at night (although ubers and taxis were scarce the week we were there). At times the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but we still enjoyed the porch and yard for drinks and dinner. The hosts are quick to respond - dropping off needed supplies asap after requesting. And when they realized the checkout time quoted to us (11am) was not correct (9am) they let us stay and finish packing up. This is the perfect house for both a family and couples.

Beautiful home in a great location

We rent every year in Nantucket and this is our favorite home! The home is well decorated, beds very comfortable, rooms are good sized and the front yard is perfectly enclosed even though there are a few townhouses in the close proximity. The rooms had nice TVs for relaxing after a long day in the sun as well. The Cul-De-Sac offers a safe place for the kids to ride their bikes and it connects to the bike bath just a short ride up the road. The location of the house was great as we could get to all the main beaches and downtown with ease. A downfall of staying in the city is that it can take a bit to get out of there when heading to the beaches. We met Frank the owner who couldn't be any more accommodating! He was very kind and made sure everything was perfect for us. We are definitely going to rent again next year as we truly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home, beautifully decorated.Usually summer rentals have books and games,There was none of that.One night someone was blasting a radio at 1:30 am. My friend had to tell them to stop. Luckily they did.The location was great. Close enough for everything. All in all a great rental

Quiet and Clean Nantucket Cottage

Nice little cottage, clean and organized. Beach towels and chairs provided, easy to rent bikes and beach umbrella close by. Cute cafes within walking distance. Very easy to bike to grocery store, beach and town, or take shuttle. Air con in all rooms sufficient but a bit loud when running. Note that property is attached to another house but plenty of privacy.
