Shipwatch 310 is back on the rental market after extensive renovations to the entire condominium complex. Shipwatch Condos is a gated development right on the beach with a large pool, grill & picnic area, private beach access, and covered parking. This unit is located on the top floor and is right beside the elevator and stairs. For convenience, Unit 310 has a large storage closet located on the ground level. A beach wagon, umbrella, and plenty of chairs are available for your use, but there is still lots of extra room for any of your personal items. The condo also has a fold-away twin size cot perfect for a small child.

Cool respite

Our stay was so relaxing! During a week of unseasonaly high temperatures, even for St Simons, we had a nice, cool, clean and well appointed place to retreat to each day. Love that it was gated and not crowded on the dead end street. Made for a week of easy access to the beach, the town, and quick trip up the island for sights. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Beds were very comfortable!

My family and I stayed here this past weekend and had the best time! The condo is right on the beach and the host was so responsive and kind. It was so convenient to make a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise on the beach and it was also within walking distance to ships, restaurants and the pier. The host also had a really nice beach storage closet with chairs and all kinds of beach items that made it so easy to grab and go! Also, if you didn't want the beach but still some sun and water, the condo pool area was beautiful and had restrooms so you didn't have to go back and forth to the condo. They also had a binder there with tons of recommendations from restaurants to must visit spots! 10/10 recommend staying and will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our unit and can’t wait to return. The rooms were extremely clean and filled with sunshine. The furniture lovely and the beds were so comfy. The short walk to the beach enjoyable. The view of the ocean from the third floor walkway is breathtaking and I have many pictures to remind me of the wonderful vacation. I love telling everyone about St. Simons Island and the wonderful Shipwatch unit !!!!

The hot water heater was very loud and made a knocking noise intermittently throughout the night. The main bathroom shower was not very clean, the grout was very dirty and there was even a hair on the wall. The breaker tripped and would not reset when nothing was plugged in. Location was great though and the decor was lovely.
