Cozy House on Tombo Beach, Guarujá

House with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms (1 external w / pot and washbasin), balcony with barbecue, accommodation for 8 people, 2 parking spaces, Cable TV and WI-FI.

Necessary to bring bathing clothes and bed, including pillows.

After, at 10 pm sound environment (Law of silence).

Praia do Tombo (Blue Flag), distance 400 m (5 minutes walk), excellent for a sunbath, for surfing (rent surfboards on the beach) and for beach fishing I recommend the right side, near the stones.

Guaiúba beach, distance 1.5 Km (20 minutes walking), good for kayaking (rent on the beach), for diving, underwater fishing and deep sea fishing, calm sea beach that I recommend for people with small children.

Beach of Asturias, distance 1.5 km, (20 minutes on foot), good for the practice of Stand Up Paddle (rent on the beach) and fishing with windlass (wall of the galhetas), and where there is the fish market and (near the ascent of the Mirante and practice of free flight) and where there is also a Feirinha de Artesanato e Souvenirs (next to the colony of Public Employees).

In all the beaches they have kiosks that provide umbrellas and beach chairs by consummation.

bom, o lugar é bom bem condizente com o preço e bem proximo a praia, a unica desvantagem e a rua de chao, mas os proprietario sao bem receptivel, estava meio apreencivel quanto aos comentarios, mas conosco ocorreu tudo bem. e voltaria sim. em outras ocasioes.

Não tenho o que falar, fui bem atendimento do começo ao final, a casa super organizada e limpa, próximo a praia da para ir a pé 5 min. Muitos comércios perto, guarda policial no final da rua, tudo muito agradável .. Agradeço por todo carinho comigo e com minha família, com certeza voltarei de novo 😍😍

Imóvel bem localizado, próximo a praia do tombo e praia de guaiuba. Ótima estrutura, conta com ar condicionado e Wi-Fi. Anfitriões bem atenciosos. Recomendo.

Estive hospedada por um final de semana atendeu as minhas necessidades, boa localização, perto da praia do Tombo fomos a pé, cozinha completa, só o fogão poderia trocar as bocas porque estavam bem velhas. Dona Maria Emília muito atenciosa.

Pior Experiência da minha vida

Chegamos na casa e descobrimos na hora que havia mais duas "casas" no mesmo quintal, uma sendo a da proprietária e a outra uma casa que eles alugam também. Tentamos conversar para explicar que não estávamos muito confortáveis com o fato de ter outras pessoas no mesmo quintal que o nosso e sem ao menos ter sido avisado, os proprietários sem mais e nem menos, simplesmente devolveram o dinheiro e nos EXPULSARAM da casa. Mesmo sabendo que estávamos com um dos carros quebrado (Impossibilitando de voltarmos para nossa casa). Literalmente nos deixaram na rua. Isso que já era 21h00. Estávamos em 10 pessoa, sendo 6 mulheres, 1 menor de idade e 3 homens. Ficamos no meio da rua, sem bateria no celular e totalmente vulnerareis. Alegaram que os inquilinos da outra casa (Fizeram a reserva depois de nós), já alugavam a anos com eles e por isso não tínhamos direito nenhum de questionar o fato de não sabermos que haveria outra família na mesma casa. Temos gravação de áudio e fotos. Obs: A casa foi aberta com 3 horas de atraso, suja e com a luz da sala queimada.

Por volta das 18hs, parte do grupo de amigos chegou ao imóvel para um pernoite, quando eu estava finalizando a limpeza e arrumação do mesmo. Na negociação ficou combinado deles entrarem no final da tarde, como aconteceu e no dia seguinte compensar saindo mais tarde. Por volta das 20hs, chegou o restante do grupo. Um tempo depois, fui chamada para atender algumas reivindicações. Fui informada da lâmpada da sala queimada e me prontifiquei a providenciar a troca de imediato. Quanto eu morar em outra casa (sobreposta) no mesmo terreno, pelo menos naquele momento, foi relevado. O que não aconteceu em relação ao outro imóvel, cujos hóspedes não estavam. Mesmo depois de verificado na inspeção, que os imóveis são no mesmo terreno, incluindo a minha residência, porém separados por muro e portões e os acessos a eles serem por lados opostos, e também ter observado que em nenhum momento tal exclusividade de espaço fora objeto durante a negociação, não houve CONSENSO. Em tempo, na devolução das chaves, alguém do grupo me desejou "Feliz Ano Novo", um sinal de esperança.

Casa agradável e local super lindo!

O local é extremamente agradável. A casa é confortável. Minha família e eu estamos muitos satisfeitos e com toda certeza voltaremos em uma outra oportunidade. Sem falar dos donos da casa que, além de pessoas educadas são prestativas e super atenciosas. Fiquei satisfeita em todos os sentidos.
