This lovely facility was very conveniently located on SH 1. Equidistant from the Kasilof river and the city of Soldotna. Our host provided great check-in instructions and we were greeted by an apartment that was exactly as described.

Wonderful Family Time

What a wonderful way to end our busy birthday party day! We were able to unwind and relax before enjoying a restful night’s sleep. Hopefully we can fit in a trip during the summer months.

Actually the owner was the best part of this experience. She was a true Alaskan homesteader. Our initial meeting with her was quite fun. We didn't meet her husband but just looking at all the buildings and garden projects know that a lot of hard work has been done by this couple. Our short stay was warm and comfortable. The only criticism is the high rental cost. For us, more than one night would exceed our finances.
