This beautiful home has the best of both worlds: fishing out the back door and easy walking to grocery stores, restaurants and the best tackle store on the kenai peninsula.

After a day of fishing or sightseeing, relax on the deck or in front of the fire pit watching the kenai river go by. You can fish for red salmon in the backyard and clean and grill the fish on site.

There is plenty of room for the family, a corporate getaway or a group fishing trip. The well appointed kitchen has stainless appliances and a grill just outside on the patio.

This home can accommodate 9 with the following sleeping arrangements: one queen in the master bedroom, one queen in the second bedroom, a bunk in the third bedroom with a full and a twin, and a full sleeper sofa in the den.

This home is on the grounds of the riverhome condos.
Riverhome has 150 feet of world famous kenai river frontage with a private fishing platform and fish cleaning station.

I will book again and I will tell my friends. Right on the Kenia River. Gorgeous. Fishing from the bank. The kitchen is big and well equipped for all your cooking needs. Also it’s perfect for a two family stay with upstairs and downstairs. Right in Soldotna, walking distance to many stores.

Perfect location

Tucked away at the end of a row of condos, this home is perched right above the Kenai with easy dock access. Clean, spacious, and centrally located. Enjoyed the evening fire pit as well as a few s’mores !

Great spot for red fishing

This place is an amazing value. House is big! Can sleep a ton of people. Back yard is very quiet with a million roller view while getting all the perks of being in town. Over all 5+ star.

House was big and the location is great. We had to wait as plumber was there when we arrived. Also the front door lock broke and we had to get key from property manager. Property Manger is on site. It is a quirky house, dishwasher super loud.

Super location in the city of Soldotna!!!!

The rental house was wonderful. We had an adult family of six and had more than enough room for all of us to have our private space. I could easily see a larger family with younger kids taking advantage of all of the extra space here. Having a big backyard area with decks and firepits on the running Kenai River was awesome. We plan to visit again in the future and will definitely be checking out the availablity of this house again.

Nice stay!

We enjoyed this property. The house was perfect for 2 families with 3 children total. One of us is an avid fisherman and we appreciated all the advice the neighbors had for us down at the dock. There were plenty of towels, pots and pans we used for cooking, and the chest freezer was nice for keeping our processed fish. We liked being centrally located for activities. We fished the Kasilof River with a guide, the Kenai River, and hiked several trails including Russian River Falls trail, Skilak Lookout trail, and drove to Seward for the Exit Glacier trail. We appreciated the friendliness of everyone. Tammy made sure we knew she was available if needed.

Not Long enough

This visist to AK consisted o f 2 locations this being the 2nd and I wish it had been the only. The property was beautiful and the location was very central for penisula happenings. The house was very large and the location right on the river was great. We were a little tenative driving into the parking area which is the parking for an apartment building, the outside of house was very size decieiving, cause when we opened the door we were elated. They thought of everything we could possibly need and then some. The onsite management was very friendly.

Great fishing trip

Four of us (ranging from 16 to 76) stayed for a week of fishing on the river and the property was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very roomy and clean. We didn't really get to fish the shared dock, but when water is lower it looks like it could be a great spot. The location is also very easy and walkable right back into town. Overall perfect for our needs.

Riverfront Home

The location and cleanliness was great! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The downstairs bathroom shower was difficult to use for older individuals with the large step up. The couple we went with could not use it. Overall a wonderful and convenient place to stay.

Perfection!

The house was perfect for 6 adults, and the view of the Kenai was amazing! There was plenty of room for all! The ONLY negative is you cannot bake anything without setting off the fire alarm - it is hyper sensitive. I would definitely stay here again. The managers were wonderful and super sweet!

Kenai Riverfront - Perfect Fishing Trip

Kenai Riverfront home was awesome very clean with all the kitchen ware necessary for our stay. Jeff our property manager was very helpful even loaned us a cooler during our stay and schooled us on Sockeye fishing techniques and necessary tackle. Fishing dock was better than expected our Homer - Halibut Fishing Trip was cancelled so we fished all day down on the Kenai River catching nice size salmon. Love it will be back!
