Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before you leave make sure to leave the used towels on the floor of the bathroom and take out the trash to the closet door outside, the door is next to the main entrance door.
Remember to leave the blue pool bracelet (we add a $100 fee if it’s missing). Please leave AC units ON and make sure the temperature is at 24. Safe travels back home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

2 bedroom apartment Palmas Del Mar

This is a beautiful property and the host was very attentive. We enjoyed the pool and variety of restaurants within Palmas Del Mar. We always felt very safe. We walked on the beach everyday but the surf was too rough to swim in, which could have been due to the time of year.

The unit was clean, altho we did see one cockroach. The owner called an exterminator. He also arrived promptly when a towel rack broke. I didn't like the second bedroom. It was very small. Only suitable for a child. It was on a different floor from the rest of the unit. Not suitable if you're in a wheelchair. On the second floor.

Your private oasis.

This is in one of the best gated communities in Puerto Rico. The unit itself is about an 8-minute drive from the main entrance and the scenery along the way confirms you've picked the right place to stay. Once at the unit everything was exactly as the pictures showed, very clean, and organized. If you feel like a relaxing walk on the beach, you're on a private beach not even a 1-minute walk away right across the unit. The community staff picks up the trash daily if you place it outside in the designated closet outside the unit. Security is top notch. If you want a nice meal, you can walk 10 minutes to the plaza for several good options. When you want to just sleep and refresh, you won't have to worry about any noisy traffic, or any noisy neighbors; just the relaxing sound of the Puerto Rican "Coqui" in the evening.
