VILLA SERENE in Exclusive Beachfront Complex

Ground floor 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. Steps from the pool and jacuzzi. The villa is beautifully decorated with coastal theme. It is located 200 yards from the beach and next to the Wyndham Hotel & Casino.

*The 2nd bedroom is a small bedroom, intended only for kids or maybe a teenager. The bed is a double (full) which could fit 2 kids comfortably. If you are 4 adults, please do not book. We know you are not going to be as comfortable as we would like you to be on your vacations.

Palmas Doradas is close to the Tennis Club and there are also two spectacular golf courses within Palmas del Mar.

Palmas del Mar is a beach resort in the southeast of Puerto Rico. The land is about 2,750 acres. There is a school, 25 neighborhoods, small shops, around 15 restaurants, 2 marinas and a yacht club. Rent a golf cart to move around during your stay. You will find a Supermarket where you can buy your groceries during your stay. It has security 24 hours at a gate entrance, and at each complex.

A new Paseo Tablado was opened in a Pterocarpus forest. It is an ecological jewel in the caribbean.

Great trip

My wife and I stayed here with our twin 4 year olds. The property was great. The pool is steps from the apartment and beach is a very short walk. We would stay here again next time we are in PR.

The condo was set up great for a couple! Had all the things a person would need! Ground floor nice patio and grill! Steps away from the pool and the beach! Quiet and well maintained! Would highly recommend Villa Serene!

This property completely exceeded our expectations. It was contemporary and clean! We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. You definitely don't need a golf cart staying here. I love, love, love Palmas Del Mar!

This property was just right for my partner and me. What I am impressed with is the listing of this property exactly what the owner/property manager writes is exactly what you're getting! The property was very comfortable for me and my partner. I was not in Palmas on vacation I was there on business. I got to enjoy the relaxation and peacefulness of the property. The perfect get away

This is the second time we have rented this property. The pool is just steps away, the beach is just a 5 min 10 if you stop to feed the turtles. The house is very clean and well kept. We love spending time here. And are looking forward to staying again.

This property is in a great location in relation to the beach and pool, and has an attentive property manager who was very prompt in answering any questions I had. The property is secure, yet easy to find and access. Overall, I had a great stay in this beautiful community.

A perfect family vacation

Villa Serene was a perfect place to stay for our family of four - myself, husband and two three year old sons - just looking for a week of relaxation. The space is very nicely decorated and the floors are beautifully tiled throughout. Linens, towels and beds were great and there was T.V. with access to amazon prime and Netflix in each room. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen and there were two grocery stores just 15 mins away, as well as a small convenient store 3 mins away by car. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. There were a few toys, beach toys and beach chairs, which was great to have! We spent lots of time in the pool, which we mostly had entirely to ourselves throughout the stay. The beach was nice for walking and dipping your toes. While we were there the surf was strong but the waves were beautiful. We did venture out to Luquillo Beach, about 45mins away, with calm waters great for young kids. We also checked out El Yunque, went horse back riding at the Carabali Rainforest Park, and spent a morning in Old San Juan. Everything was within and hour of Villa Serene and it was a relaxing clam place to come back to after any adventure of the day. With in the area of the villa we would definitely recommend the nature trail and La Pescaderia, a delicious restaurant right on the water. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to relax and spend time exploring Puerto Rico.

Perfect for a nice relaxing vacation

We absolutely adored staying at this property. It was the perfect location and size for my husband and I along with our eight and five-year-old. They loved that they were able just to walk out the back door and go swimming in the pool. They also enjoyed nighttime walk to the hotel to get iceCream at Davids. We will definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone

Beautiful home! Perfect vacation for the family.

We took our 2 boys here. And they had a blast. We were in walking distance to the beach and pool. The home was stunning. Very clean and open. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into their home. The Netflix boxes were a sweet touch for down time. We would definitely come again. Palmas has everything near and easy to get to.

Clean, crisp, beachy, and RELAXING!!!

We loved this place in Palmas Del Mar. although we do not golf, we enjoyed the convenient restaurants and amenities the community has to offer. The unit itself is spotless and very comfortable. The atmosphere is fairly quiet, with a bit of excitement here and there with pool goers. We loved how close the pool is. Humacao and other metro areas are just a short drive away so you can purchase meat and food to grill on the gas grill on the patio. The beach is a 2 min walk and was very clean and just a little rough tide while we were there. Stuff is pricey in the resort, but the value of the dining is wonderful. Our favorite part was the pond right by the pool; it was full of turtles, fish, and hungry sea birds. Very fun to sit and relax and watch. Highly recommend staying here!

Why they chose this property

Nothing compares to a ground property just steps from the pool. The balcony is situated in front of a green area 20 yards from the pool. We have many friends that come and visit us and the balcony is extended just by placing a few chairs in the yard.

If you forget something, just walk in; no stairs and no elevator. Parking spot is in front of the door.

What makes this property unique

This villa used to be the vacation rentals from the hotel next door. It is a small but very cozy property with everything you need. You will be walking distance to the beach and hotel. The hotel has 2 restaurants and a place to have breakfast.

It is tastefully decorated and renovated. It has new floors, bathrooms and fixtures. It is just wonderful.
