Balcony with table and chairs, perfect for lunch. The Art Deco building is in a cute cobbled street and was an hotel in the '30s. Very calm neighborhood with grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants close by. You're 1 block away from "La Campagne à Paris", the most picturesque and secret neighborhood in East Paris.
