Very clean with wonderful ocean view. This condo is a little older but was a great place to stay while staying at a reasonable price range.

The condo was very tired, it needs updating. For the price we paid and calling it a luxury rental we expected a nice rental. Ceiling in living room was very spotted like there had been a leak from above. The second bathroom tub was not as clean as should be. In fact granddaughters would not use it. The curtains in the master bedroom were in sad shape. After having said this the view was amazing. We would not rent this unit again unlss it was completely updated.

Thank you for the 5-star review and for sharing detailed feedback about Carolina Dunes 302. I’m sorry the unit didn’t meet your expectations — the ceiling spotting, the second-bathroom cleanliness, and the condition of the master curtains are not the standard we expect. I’ve passed your comments to our housekeeping and maintenance teams. I’m glad you enjoyed the view, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again after these improvements. Clean, easy access to pool and ocean. Great ocean view. Pool was cleaned and ready for the day thanks to Jeffrey. Lobby real clean. The only problems we had was the washer/dryer combo, we weren’t familiar with it and no instructions provided. No instructions for the TVs & couldn’t get the bedrooms working. The kitchen was well stocked, ice maker worked great, pans need replaced. The curtains could use upgraded. Very happy staying here!!! Definitely book again!!!

47th birthday getaway

My friend and I have birthdays 3 days apart and decided to hit Myrtle Beach this year. We loved this rental! We spent so much time on the patio. This is a nice location for families and the management company was so communicative with us when there was a power outage. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
