Welcome to our 1960’s charming lake house, Old Hickory Haven. Your perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure just 20 minutes north of Nashville! Nestled on the serene shores of Old Hickory Lake, our cozy and inviting home offers breathtaking views!

Bring the entire family, plan the perfect girls trip, or just come here to enjoy the peace and quiet. Deer will roam all year long, a zip line for the kids, two kayaks available for use, and three fire pits for those colder months!

Bedrooms:
4 spacious bedrooms, each with memory foam beds and luxurious linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
1st bedroom: King Bed
2nd bedroom: Queen Bed
3rd bedroom: King Bed
4th bedroom: 2 Full Beds
+ also available is a memory foam pull out couch and an air mattress for your use

- Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials. Forgot something? Don’t worry, we have your essentials like Q-tips, disposable tooth brushes, makeup wipes and more.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker. We provide everything you need including paper towels, dish soap, basic spices and more. Enjoy preparing your favorite meals while gazing out at the lake.

- Living Area: Open-concept living space with a cozy fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for family gatherings or movie nights. Lots of games to enjoy with the family and a cozy reading nook to enjoy your favorite book!

- Dining Area: Large dining table with seating for 8, perfect for family meals or game nights. Outdoor dining table for 6 along with 4 outdoor barstools.

Bringing the kids? Don’t worry! We have everything and more for your family. Highchair, pack n play, baby gates, white noise machines, kid friendly dishes, walker and booster seats all available!

- Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit in the evening for s'mores, storytelling, and stargazing. Seating for 8 around the outdoor firepit.

- Check-out: 11 AM
- No smoking inside the house
- No Dock Access or Use - it is private property and highly monitored
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
