This beautiful home offers over 100 feet of water frontage with a 30 foot dock. A canoe and several kayaks are available for your pleasure. Easily accommodate 10+ people. Near Colby College, Belgrade Lakes and Golf Course. A short drive to Sugarloaf, Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Freeport (LL Bean and outlets) and adjacent area. Main level has open floor plan with large bedroom, , family, dining area and fully equipped kitchen and a large deck off the dining area overlooking the water is perfect for family dinners and relaxing. Upstairs has large master bedroom with a full bath and 2 other bedrooms. Downstairs has a large family room with kitchenette and a large screened in porch with a walkout to the fire pit. Experience what McGrath Pond has to offer has to offer with a stay at our gorgeous house. Pets are considered on a perpetual basis. Additional charges will be added.

We have many years experience managing properties on McGrath Pond and are excited to have acquired our very own home on McGrath Pond. This beautiful home is located 1/4 mile from Little Fenway baseball Park. Our home offers the best of all worlds, spacious, private lakefront setting but the easy accessibility of a main road .

Little Fenway, a replica of famous Fenway Park is within walking distance of our home. We are 15 minutes from prestigious Colby College. Many of our guest stay with us because of our central location to many of Maine's finest attractions.
