Home is very beautiful and lives up to the description. The hosts were on top of all communications and everything went swimmingly. Certainly recommend the property to anyone else staying in the area.
The house has a big open floor plan with extra large windows letting light and views in. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Big playroom was heaven for our toddler. Highly recommend.this property.
My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. The home and yard are beautiful, everything was clean and well appointed. We had an issue with the hot tub when we arrived and Ben called to walk us through the process of getting it back on, and sent a technician out to ensure everything was running properly. Check in and out was very easy. Would recommend a stay here!
Excellent stay at Apsley Hill ! We visited with our two grown up kids and grandkids for a relaxing winter escape from the city. The setting is private and tranquil. The house is modern, clean and incredibly light with huge windows on the ground floor. Highlight was the massive basement games room that our grand kids adored and the hot tub! Highly recommend. We took a trip to the children’s discovery museum in Poughkeepsie which is well worth a visit if you have young kids to entertain. We will be back this summer for sure, thanks Ben and Tammy !

Hi there! We're Tammy and Ben, a Brit and American couple living in CT. We love to visit all corners of the globe with our two kids and develop our skills as the best superhosts around! We own a number of short term rentals in the Hudson Valley and absolutely love exploring the area.
Why they chose this property
Growing up in England, Tammy always enjoyed exploring the countryside and spending time in nature. Dutchess County in New York has some British heritage and has a strong agricultural history. We chose this location for our home due to it's stunning, tranquil setting and close proximity to NYC.
