Beyond an amazing place to stay. Kitchen was fully equippedkids really loved the game room, so easy to contact host and response was fast. Family came in from our of state and absolutely loved the place. Everything was great from beginning to end. Will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed the property for our Senior Class trip. Our students fit comfortably in all the housing and the kitchen in the Ranch house was amazing. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner for our students. We brought 30 students and 5 adults. It was a great stay and worth the money. The property is beautiful

Great place for a large group..

Came down from Denver for a company management off-site meeting. Fun location and set up with lots of meeting areas and great swimming pool. Really enjoyed the stay!

Very nice resort, very clean, very spacious.

We had our church men's retreat here for the weekend, the experience was amazing. The pool house the game area, the trails, the amazing house the scenery, it was the best property we had stayed at.

Had an amazing stay- great property!

Our extended family had an amazing stay. There was plenty of space for everyone and the cabins were amazing for the 5 families with children. At no point did we feel crowded because the property was so sprawling and there was so much to do! Would love to stay here again and definitely recommending it to everyone.

We had a family reunion with 42 people (22 adults and 20 children). The Ranch offers a variety of sleeping quarters which worked well with our family and all have air conditioning. We enjoyed the large pool (3 foot to 8 foot deep and a shallow area for young children to play on). We enjoyed spending time in the large barn which has big fans as well as two big air conditioned wall units. The large house has some great amenities like the large ice machine, the large walk-in refrigerator and lots of kitchen utensils. The Ranch has filled propane tanks for propane grills and has charcoal grills available. The outdoor game room could use some updating as well as adding an air conditioned unit especially for summer time use. Be aware of ants which may appear and get into any food left open on counters or patios. Overall, everyone really enjoyed the stay here.

Hosted a group of 40 here for our wedding. Literally the most beautiful, perfect experience. Host was extremely accommodating and even let us take a tour before the big day. Would 100% recommend and return!! If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate.

Great stay

We had our annual family reunion here and it was a blast! It was so nice coming when the weather was warmer and we could use the awesome pool area. We have a big family and everyone had a great time and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Very spacious and beautiful spaces. Thank you!!

The Perfect Family Reunion

This was a perfect place for our family of 46. It was enjoyed by my 95 year old mother all the way down to my 6 year old great nephew. Everyone had plenty to do during the day such as golfing, swimming, floating, shopping, hiking, etc... Each evening we were all back together at the 'big house' to enjoy food, fellowship, and family time together! Great memories were made!

What a great weekend! Eric was the perfect host and the facilities were outstanding! I highly recommend this to large families. The thirteen bedrooms gave a lot of space for all of our families; the kitchen was well equipped; the pool area was superb; the main house was big enough for all of us to enjoy meals in one area; the extra chairs and tables in the barn were very helpful and the barn for evening games worked out great. The teens also enjoyed the game room.

Would DEFINITELY book again!

Perfect for large groups! We had a group of about 40 that stayed on the property for 3 nights. The accommodations were perfect - plenty of spaces to sleep (with beds that are actually comfortable). There was plenty to do on the property, we hardly wanted to leave to do anything else! It's also very close to town, so it was easy to run to the HEB for food to cook meals or just go into Wimberly for the day. Everything was very clean and well taken care of!

Great place - we loved it!

The Ranch at Wimberley was such a perfect spot for our group of 40! There was plenty of space for our group. We had SO much fun hanging out at the beautiful pool & around the pool had plenty of spots for our group to hang out. Everyone loved hiking, swimming, late night hot tub in solarium, game room & a dance party in the barn. It was very well stocked as well. It was so easy to cook in the very large kitchen - loved the walk in fridge too as it gave us plenty of room to keep everything cold instead of having to use cooler. Would recommend to large groups

The property was a very nice the kitchen of the main house had tons of cookware utensils, putting a places for people to sit and relax outside and in the main house for dinner there were plenty of grills porches outside seating there’s a game room, the cabins or very nice very clean I’m very comfortable air conditioners worked well. The pool was awesome. The hot tubs there were two hot tubs. Both were immaculate and very nice. It does say six per cabin however the lofts are hard to climb/get into would be mainly for children not for adults the futon on the main floor of the cabins again would not be for older adults, but for teens or children. So when counting cabins two adults for cabin, not six. The main bedroom and bathroom of the cabins look like they had been remodeled they were very nice and everything was clean. The kitchens in the cabins were perfect the little porches the views everything was very nice and well kept. The outdoor game room the barn had chairs tables and could’ve been set up for a big event like a private wedding or family reunion. It would have been perfect for such an occasion. We used it as a Family getaway and it was wonderful

Hosted our family reunion here for 50 ppl and had a great time. Property is great, plenty of room to gather together and branch out for some quiet time. Only down side is the property is in need of updating and the wireless internet was spotty. Maintenance could be done on doors and gates that won't shut, lights burnt out, had to swap out the main house microwave, walk in fridge door must be manually pushed closed. Pool house water heater could not keep up for 3 ppl and the shower should be renovated. Its a hazard to step down onto a plastic step stool which is an accident waiting to happen. We had a few complaints on the TVs not working in the cabins and pool house. Minor maintenance and some renovations would make this a desirable retreat destination.

Great for family reunions

Great setup for our family reunions. Wide range of ages (8 months to 95 years old). Sleeping accommodations gave us flexibility. Main house was perfect for meals and gathering for the whole family. A couple scorpions visited us inside, probably need to be sprayed for that. Some fluorescent ceiling lights need replacing too. Pool and patio were awesome too! Nice size for a lot of people. Outside grilling was excellent. Used the flat top for many meals. Owners responded promptly when we got low on propane. We were also allowed to check in early and check out late which was awesome. Hope to return there next year!

I rented this property for my 30th birthday weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We had 35 people in our group, some flying in from out of state, and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. It was simple to get everyone settled into their cabins, thanks to the property manager’s excellent communication beforehand. They provided me with a detailed inventory of everything available on the property, as well as a map that made assigning cabins to guests a breeze.Every single person in our group was so impressed by the property. It truly had everything we needed and more. We never felt the need to leave all weekend. We spent our days relaxing by the pool and our nights enjoying themed events in the dance hall, which made the whole experience so special.I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a milestone birthday. I would absolutely love to come back here again for another big occasion. This property made my 30th unforgettable!
