Loved the design elements, character, deck and location. We referred to it as “the tree house” and enjoyed bird watching (including turkeys roosting) while enjoying coffee and drinks on the deck. The proximity to Fisher Beach was great and the beach itself was delightful. Could use some updates (like a keypad lock, new coffee maker and some attention to one of the bathrooms) but overall a terrific experience in beautiful Truro.

Great deck and easy walk to the beach

Our family of three had a great time during our stay playing board games, (so many at the house) reading summer books and relaxing meals on the beautiful wrap around deck. The property is an easy walk to the beach and made for a wonderful and memorable family vacation.

This is a beautiful house located at a walking distance from Fisher beach on the bay side of Truro. The house is in the woods, so it's all peace and quite. It is a very nice house as the photos show. It could use some updates particularly in bathrooms and the kitchen but is fully functional. No problems with the rental process and checking-in/out was smooth.

Easy walk to the beach. Clean house. Plenty of room to spread out. Perfect location and beds were comfie. only problem we had was a musty smell which 2 of us seemed to be allergic to.

Tranquil Treehouse

We very much enjoyed our stay in this secluded home nestled into the woods. The property itself is lovely inside and out with an unusually well-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms just off of the main living space that are quite small but also very functional, and then a larger bedroom up a flight of stairs at the opposite end of the house. My husband and I stayed in the larger bedroom, while our adult children and their partners stayed in the smaller bedrooms. This worked out very well insofar as they were able to stay up later than we did and we couldn't hear them at all. The one surprise regarding the larger bedroom: It has windows on four sides (which we enjoyed) but window coverings on only the Eastern facing window. So if you don't like an early wake up, you'll want to bring a sleep mask. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect location

This is a wonderful place to stay in an ideal location within a 10 minute walk of Fisher beach. The house itself has a lovely layout and is well appointed. We’d definitely rent it again!
