Great house off or Route 6 on the ocean side

This was a great stay for our family. The deck is probably the best part. So much space to hang and enjoy the outside. The kitchen is well equipped and the open concept living area is nice. The beds were comfortable. I prefer the bedrooms upstairs as downstairs is a little dark, and damp and the views out the windows aren't the best. It was fun to be able to ride bikes to Long Nook beach and walk to Balston right from the house. We used Old Kings Highway rather than going out onto route 6. They provide linens but you have to make up your own beds. I still wish these places would provide the basics like soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent etc. We had to purchase that. Because the property is managed by a Realtor you have to pick up and return your keys to an office in Welfleet which is not very convenient. Still, I would definitely rent this place again!

The perfect spot

We had such a wonderful stay at the property. It had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space inside and out, even for our group of 8. I especially loved lounging on the deck. It was a quick drive to multiple beaches, and we had an easy time getting to and from Provincetown. I would recommend this house without hesitation, and I hope to stay again in the near future!

Great House and Location

House was clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for our family of four. Location was great for outer cape beaches, Wellfleet and P’town. Our only complaint was with the lack of responsiveness from the realtor before arriving on a question we had about a beach pass, but we eventually got it resolved. We certainly recommend the house.
