While the location is excellent, this was easily the most frustrating VRBO stay I have ever had. Here is a list of just SOME of the issues.1. House was not clean. Dishes were dirty; rug was dirty; sheets and towels smelled. The bathroom sinks were clogged. I literally had to buy cleaning supplies (draino, dishwasher soap, etc.) just to clean to house. I also wound up buying my own sheets and towels because the linens were so gross.2. The master bed is caved in in the middle. It’s bizarre and incredibly uncomfortable. 3. The screen door on the back of the house was completely destroyed when I arrived. I reported this to the manager and no attempt to fix it was ever made.4. I asked the manager for a hard key in case the door lock malfunctioned. That option was not made available to me and I was assured it would not be an issue. Well, the door lock ran out of batteries (predictably). When I reported it, I was told to use the extra batteries in the drawer. You guessed it - no batteries in the drawer. So I had to leave the house unlocked and go out to buy some. I was told I would be reimbursed but I never was.5. Messages from host didn’t populate in my app. I updated the app multiple times to no effect. Whatever integrated app the property manager is using just doesn’t work. I had to keep checking email just to see responses.Back patio is a mess. Key rack falls off wall if you hang anything. Shower leaks onto floor. Could not retrieve a package from mailbox. Etc etc
