Whether you are family visiting your UVA student, coming for a football or basketball game (5 min walk to JPJ), celebrating a school reunion, or simply visiting Charlottesville, our home is the perfect fit for your needs.

We loved the house and its closeness to UVA. You could walk to UVA if you are so inclined. We drove. This was the exploring weekend for my high school senior granddaughter at UVA. We all were appropriately impressed with the University. With 7 people, it required good coordination to get showers and other bathroom activities accomplished with two showers. We did it! It would be great to have a full bath downstairs instead of just the half bath. Maybe one is planned in the basement renovation?We loved sitting in the sunroom. Great potential in that room! The air conditioning was great. It took a while when we first got there to get comfortable, but once it did, we were comfortable the entire stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Only suggestion, and it is a nitnoid, replace all the burned out light bulbs.
