Clean home. Great communication from host. My family and our dog Cub were all comfortable at home which is centrally located between Boyne Mountain and The Highlands where we skied for three days.
We loved staying in Faith’s house. It was very cozy uncomfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room and the beds were comfortable. We would stay there again. We’re hoping to visit sometime in the summer and hope this property would be available.
Two couples and a dog for a long weekend-great place to stay! Fenced yard, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nicely decorated for the holidays. Very roomy and close to town and the beach. Owner is very easy to reach.
The Charlevoix home is over 100 years old, clean and well maintained, in an excellent location and neighborhood. The kitchen & bath rooms have been renovated without losing the original old home charm. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you, Mike. Glad you had a nice time. Happy New Year!
Cozy, eclectic property near downtown Charlevoix. Perfect for our family of five adults and room for more if needed. The home has many books and puzzles for cozy nights indoors. The property owner responded quickly when we had questions. We had a lovely stay.
Home was well appointed with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. It is located in a nice neighborhood not far from the downtown shopping and restaurants.
Cozy home in a great location - close to town and Lake Michigan. Enjoyed visits to Boyne City, Petoskey and a drive to Cross Village through the tunnel of trees. Charlevoix Apple fest was a bonus!
The house was so pretty and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was in a perfect location - close to town yet very quiet and beautiful. It was great to sit on the awesome front porch in the mornings and enjoy our coffee. We highly recommend it and hope to come back again.

About the host
Hosted by Faith Miller
I am a Michigan native, and although life circumstances have resulted in me living in Florida for many years; my heart will always be in northern MIchigan. While growing up in Michigan my best memories are from when we went 'Up North!' Up North is not just a location, to me it is a mindset of relaxation and enjoyment in beautiful surroundings! My dream is to become a true 'snow-bird' and retire in the best of both worlds, spring/summer & fall in Michigan, and winters in Florida!
Why they chose this property
The Charlevoix-Petoskey-Traverse City-Glen Arbor/Glen Haven were always our vacation destinations while growing up in the metropolitan Detroit area. Charlevoix has not grown as fast as some of the other northern Michigan cities and it retains its quaint charm surrounded by water, water everywhere. The charm of the town and the friendliness of the people are why I wanted to have a vacation home in Charlevoix the Beautiful!
What makes this property unique
I enjoy walks along the Lake Michigan shoreline, Mt. McSauba Recreation area, or along Park Avenue down to Boulder Park to see the Earl Young 'mushroom' homes, or over to Depot Beach in the early mornings, or into downtown to shop, dine, or enjoy a concert in East Park long the marina!
