Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used bedsheets, blankets, and towels In the laundry room on the floor.
Please take all bathroom trash and kitchen trash out to the trash bin on the side of the house near the deck.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not drive or park on the grass. The HOA will fine us.
No shoes or food upstairs. Please only eat in the kitchen or dining areas

Our home is located in The Grange, a newly developed neighborhood in Central, South Carolina. Nestled on one of the estate lots at the top of the hill, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding tree line and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.

The area is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a welcoming community feel and plenty of space to relax. It’s the perfect blend of quiet countryside charm and convenient access to Clemson — just a few minutes away.

What we love most is waking up to the soft morning light over the trees and ending the day watching the sky glow with color. It’s a truly special spot that captures the best of Upstate South Carolina living. 🌅
