This 1st floor unit is just steps from the lake and includes a queen bed and a trundle bed in the downstairs bedroom, a California King Bed in the upstairs bedroom with a recently updated bathroom and a double shower. This property is perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy the convenience of cable television, WIFI, washer, dryer, wood stove and electric heaters in each room during your stay. Sugar Bowl is minutes away. Panoramic views of Donner Lake. Our condo is equipped for both long or short term stays to make your holiday or vacation one to remember. Ski Leases and long term stays are available and include discounts. Swimming is at your own risk as NO LIFEGUARDS are on duty!

Cancellations: Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations will not be approved for road closures, inclement weather (winter or summer), poor snow conditions, ski resort closures or power failures.

There is no smoking on the property. Pets are not allowed. Towels and wet clothing are not to be hung on the deck railings.
