This home was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and the check in process was seamless. It is located close to UT campus and parking was ample. The host was always quick to respond with our questions and resolved any issues we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place!

This property was a great place to stay while visiting my daughter at UT! The place had plenty of room for all of us, very clean and the management company was excellent with communication!My husband LOVED the access to bike paths all around and we loved that we could walk to restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay! The location is convenient to everything we needed. The home is nicely decorated and new! It was a great place for us to unwind during move-in weekend. We would definitely stay again if available.

Great Place to stay for UT Games/UT Events

Nice, clean, new place. Plenty of space for a family of 6. 5 Really good restaurants within walking distance. Takes 8-12 minutes to be parked on UT Campus, depending on what part. Plan to stay here again in the future. Awesome.

Fans of South Knoxville

We were visiting our two daughters who attend UTK. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. We brought our teenage son so it was nice to have more space. When he and his sisters went out, my husband and I enjoyed the nearby restaurants, view of the river, and could relax as if we were at home instead of a hotel.
