BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Situated off of Roubaix Lake Road and Highway 385, in the heart of the Black Hills, this home is perfect for groups and families, small and large! The home has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a large open plan kitchen and dining area. Extensive windows on all sides of the home offer unparalleled views, mountain vistas, and the abundant and ever-present wildlife.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: There are four bedrooms and two and a half baths in this home. The master bedroom, with a King size bed, and ensuite bathroom that has a walk in double headed shower. The other three bedrooms are located on the other side of the home and of course all with King Size beds.
KITCHEN/DINING: The main floor consists of an open plan with the kitchen, dining and living room areas. You have access onto the decks from the main living area, garage and master bedroom.
LIVING ROOM: Reclining lazy boy chairs and couches with recliners, big screen TV.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Covered and uncovered decks, propane gas grill, flat iron grill and enough seating to just hang out the rest of the day with family and friends after a day of playing in the Black Hills.
CLOSEST AIRPORT: It is just a 65-mile drive to Rapid City Regional.
NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon, Nemo, Sturgis, Rochford, Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Hill City, Keystone, Roubaix Lake, Needles Highway, Sylvan Lake, you get the idea, all is a close, this is a great location to do day trips to the best of the best of the Black Hills.
This home was built with handicap grab bars inside and outside every door and bathroom. 36" doors that are accessible from the garage, master bedroom and bath, kitchen, dining and living room.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all trash from inside the house and garage. Take that out to the outside trash cans. Load and start dishwasher, wipe down any counters or sinks. Verify all windows are closed and secure.
Leave used beds as they are so housekeeping can identify which beds were used. Take all towels to the hamper by the washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have 3 cabins just south of Deadwood on Hwy 385. They sit just south but still centrally located to Deadwood, Lead, Spearfish Canyon, Nemo, Sturgis, Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Hill City and Rapid City.
We are dedicated super hosts and are true locals. Our families have been here for over 100 years. We love exploring the back woods, the 3 nearby lakes and the wildlife during all of the seasons. We have 5 daughters, and 9 grandkids and in our early Retirment years. Super friendly and saw a need for one level rentals in our area. You love our cabins. We promise.

3 lakes, 2 golf courses, the trails are all close and the easy on and off location of 385 which is the artery that goes north and south in the Black Hills. Central to it all. Just ask for directions.

4 king size beds is this 4-bedroom, one level living that has no stairs. Rare and hard to find. We border the Black Hills National Forest with hiking, biking, ATV, UTV trails all within walking distance from your front door.

South of Deadwood just off of Hwy 385. Sits on our old family ranch in the heart of the hills. Roubaix lake is just down the road so bring your fishing pole.
