This beautiful, freshly decorated Beach Colony Resort West 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 16th floor has breath-taking Gulf-front and pool views from the spacious private terrace, living room, kitchen, and master suite.

In the master bath, luxuriate in the jacuzzi tub overlooking the turquoise Gulf waters, or enjoy the beauty from the glassed-in stand-up shower or the double vanity sink. Master bedroom also boasts a super comfortable king-sized bed and a huge walk-in closet. Private glass doors lead to Gulf-front deck.

Same comfortable, quality king bed in guest room as in master, with TV, private bath, and lovely waterfront views of Santa Rosa Sound. Comfortable single memory foam beds (2 each twin) available for additional guest.

Attractive, fully stocked kitchen with modern stainless appliances, granite counters, and breakfast bar overlooks living/dining room and Gulf of Mexico.

Large laundry room holds new, stainless washer and drier. TVs/Cable/Wi-Fi included. Netflix, Spotify and Sirius are also available.

Beach Colony Resort is proud to claim the largest pool on Navarre Beach and offers BBQ grills, professional tennis courts, work-out room, and covered parking. It also sits within viewing and walking distance of Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, (longest pier on the Gulf) and some great restaurant and entertainment options, including Juana’s Pagodas/Sailors’ Grill, Windjammers, Broussard's, and The Beach House.

Comfortable and relaxing

What a great stay! The condo had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, I loved the recliners in the LR, and most of all thank you for the nightlights in the bathrooms! The decor is very pretty too. The view was perfect. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect condo for a beach getaway!! Very clean, excellently stocked kitchen, comfy comfy beds, beautifully decorated, nice, spacious balcony, and very responsive staff! View of the beach and pier were great. Hope to get back to Navarre soon!!!

This property was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Comfortable beds with good quality linens in spacious bedrooms. Nice views of beach. Check- in was easy. Glad to have reserved parking space.

Every part of this stay was wonderful. The unit is awesome, well appointed, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location was perfect. The facility had abundant opportunities and was well managed. The host/manager could not have been more helpful and responsive--terrific! We'd do it again. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing Vacation

My family and myself immensely enjoyed this condo and surroundings. Upon check in, we were taken back by how immaculate and clean it was. We are very picky individuals and this condo did not disappoint in any way. Also the point of contact was so nice and helpful. We had a couple of parking issues because we were driving an oversized truck, but they were attentive and super helpful upon our phone call for assistance. Overall this place is a 10/10 in our opinions. We will definitely be booking this place again next summer!

Absolutely fantastic!

We loved our stay at the condo. It was very neat and clean on our arrival. We were comfortable and felt right at home during our stay. The building and condo were very quiet at night, and we had no problem at all resting and enjoying our stay. The view from the balcony is great and we enjoyed sitting out and watching the beach in the evenings. Several very good eating places are just down the road, and we were able to experience the first night of the summer concert series at one of them. Jan was very helpful thought the whole process, from reservations, during our stay, and all the way through checkout. Thank you, Jan! My wife is very picky and she loved it! In fact, she is trying to figure out how we can buy one in the same building! We will definitely be back!

2023 fall break

The condo was very well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised with the basic amenities that were provided. Usually you have to get dishwasher tabs, hand soap, TP etc…. This was the first time we didnt have to get all that. Jan was east to work with and responsive if we had any questions. The overall condos was clean and well decorated with all the basic needs covered. Beds were comfortable and the extra flip beds were a plus too. When you have little ones that want to be close to you in a different place they aren’t used to. Had a great time and looking forward to next year. (ATT box or TV in master kept making a low tone beeping noise). We just unplugged.

Nice condo.

Condo was nice. Attractive and comfortable decor. We would have given a 5 overall if the unit had been clean. The floors were filthy, which we noticed on the first day of stay as our 2 yr old granddaughter's feet were black after wandering around inside for about 40 minutes. Ours were, too. The master bath shower floor had hair in the corners. The bath mats were very slippery on tile floor. Lastly, the patio furniture was not clean as there was what appeared to be black mold on the backs of tall chairs. We brought our own laundry products, but were unaware that we needed to supply dishwashing detergent. *Check the balcony floor as i picked up numerous small pieces of glass.

Amazing holiday, amazing property!

My husband and I started our vacation travels days before heading to Navarre, which I had never been. We checked in the day before Thanksgiving, and I was in awe of the home!! I was worried that the pics might make it look better than it was but they couldn’t have been any closer! We spent as much time as possible (I believe a cold front had come through and it was a bit chilly, and a little rainy) on the balcony, which had amazing views of both the beach and the inter-coastal. The beach is super clean (I lived on the TX beach for many years, so I have that to compare to) and the water is clear and turquoise! I couldn’t believe people were swimming at 56 degrees! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Being away from home five days before our check in, we had accumulated dirty clothes, and it was nice that we didn’t have to travel back with all those clothes, as the laundry room was stocked with a washer and dryer. I can’t even say enough great things about this condo to even come close to how amazing it is!! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven. We had an amazing time, and hopefully will be back one day!

Fabulous view!

This property was very, very clean and I am very picky! The view was fabulous and the building itself is also just great! I highly recommend this place. The white towels were a bit dingy need to be replaced in the master bathroom and the master shower faucet was a bit leaky but otherwise it was absolutely fabulous!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect, we loved it, and will def be going back. The sunrise was gorgeous and seeing both side of the bay and the ocean were fantastic, not to mention the stars. A little much seaweed for the time we went but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the beach time.

Just right vacation.

The property and the condo is just as shown in the pictures. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was perfect. The property is in a great location. Check in was easy. The pool was great. There was minimal wait for the elevators, even on check in day. We would stay at the Beach Colony and this condo again. We definitely recommend this condo.
