Newfound Lake in New Hampshire is one of New England's best-kept secrets. This seven mile, spring-fed lake with 22 miles of shoreline is rated one of the cleanest and clearest lakes in the country. The property is right on Fowler River connecting to Newfound Lake with a private boat launch and docking area on site for boats, kayaks, canoes and jet skis. Bring your boat or rent one and leave it in the water for the week. The townhouse is less than 1/8 mile from Wellington State Park, a five minute walk, featuring the most spectacular beach on the lake, with beautiful mountain views and 204 acres of forested park for hiking, fishing and exploring nature.
Newly back on the market this year for vacation rentals with upgraded furniture, new deck and many more upgrades. This townhouse is an end unit, three-levels, bright and spacious, with 1800 square feet of living space. Enjoy nature while sitting on the large screened-in porch with attached deck overlooking the river. Views across the street are of open fields and Mount Cardigan. The property features a large grassy area, playground, tennis courts, and basketball. In addition to time at the State Park Beach and boating on the lake, there are many activities nearby, such as the Gray Rocks, The Newfound Audubon center, Sculptured rock, Profile Falls, Squam Lakes Science Center. For winter activities, Ragged Mountain Ski Area and Golf Resort is just fifteen minutes away as well as Tenney Mountain ski area. Other major ski areas within 1/2 hour drive are Loon, Waterville Valley, Cannon, Gunstock and Mount Sunapee. Snowmobile trails are right across the street connecting to all major trails. One boat per unit is allowed to remain in the water and spots are first come first serve. Trailers in designated area (behind far left condos)
