There is plenty of room for 4 trucks and trailers. All we ask is that …

1. riding gear is not washed in our washer/dryer.

2. Off road vehicles / ATVs are not operated or washed on the property.

We are approximately 20 minutes or 10 miles from the Mines and Meadows ATV trails and PITTSBURGH INTL RACE COMPLEX in Wampum PA.

Our cleaning fee includes linen service for bed linens and towels.

I’ve stayed a lot of places away from home, but never one as beautiful and accommodating as this! It was open, roomy, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed! From the large kitchen, to bedrooms and laundry area, they thought of everything to make their guests comfortable! The large family room was the perfect gathering spot, where we enjoyed the serene backyard views. If there was ever a “hostess with the mostest” she was it, as she answered all questions swiftly & professionally! Great find!!!

Perfect house for large group

This house is so well-appointed and comfortable. We were in town for our son’s wedding and had a large group. It was exactly what we needed! I don’t remember anything we needed that the house didn’t have. Plenty of gear for babies and lots of room for everyone to spread out. Managers were accessible and easy to work with. Would love to visit again.

We had a great family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, bathroom, games, the list goes on and on….Theres a lovely large deck overlooking the creek, and large grassy area. The patio furniture was super comfortable and plenty of seating for a group of 15 plus. The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. They even brought us a huge pile of fire wood. We went to Mines and Meadows ATV Park, Ewing Park, and McConnel Mills State Park. There was so much more to do that was in close proximity to the house. The stores, restaurants, and other places were so close too. I would highly recommend this house for your next vacation to the area.

Everything was great, but one very minor issue. The bunk room had spider webs with spiders. The little ones didn’t like it, but we went in and took care of it. The house had everything you could possibly need. I give house 10/10. Thank you so much! I would recuthis house.

The house was as described. It had a well stocked kitchen, games, books, wood for the firepit outside. Nice views of the river, which was raging from heavy rains the day before, so we couldn't go near it with the small children we had with us. The house had plenty of room for the 10 of us, including 5 small children. The only issue we had was one of the master bedrooms was very cold, like the heat didn't seem to be working. It was only an issue because the nights were in the low 30s. Would consider renting again, if we're in the area.
