Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash goes at the back of the townhome. Normal pick up day is Monday early morning (6:30 am).
Ensure the fireplace is off.
As silly as it sounds, flush the toilets. You have no idea how often this does not happen.
