Paradise Escape on Anna Maria Island

DIRECTLY across the street from the beach!! This unit with beachy decor is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S. which is known for its powder white sand and warm and sparkling calm water. Enjoy the beautiful beachy decor, reminding you that you are in paradise. Step outside this first floor 2 bed/2 bath end unit retreat, and inhale that fresh gulf breeze. Heated swimming pool located right on the beach. Free trolly stop only steps away.

The space:
The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed as well. There is a second full bathroom off the main part of the condo. The condo has a full kitchen for you to use. We have provided beach towels, umbrella, cooler and beach chairs for your stay, The condo is on the ground floor with parking directly in front. The newly renovated pool is located on the condos beach side building that’s just diagonally across the street. It’s nice to be able to go from the beach to the pool in just a few steps without having to pack up your stuff. The Islands free trolley has a stop close to the condo that will take you in any direction on the island. There is also a convenience store within walking distance to get some supplies and snacks.

Perfection

6 of us ladies stayed for a weekend getaway. Everything was perfect, it was well equipped with everything we needed and very nicely decorated. The beach is gorgeous and directly across the street, very easy walk even for my Mom who is elderly. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to coming back. And Debbie was very responsive to a few questions I had. Thank you very much!!

Quaint but felt mislead

The overall experience wasn't bad. The inside is very cozy and the window/wall AC units keep the room at a very cool temp. The listing reads as a first floor condo with no pics of the actual property. It is a 1-story renovated office building. The area is dilapidated from the hurricane last year, no pool, no laundry, and most important, no place to wash off after the beach. 1 overly priced restaurant within walking distance. The property owner was very nice and communicated as expected but it was honestly a slight shock when we pulled in. Also, having to take the garbage out across the street was a drag. We have stayed in other areas of the Sarasota/Bradenton beaches and will return to areas that I feel we were not mislead.
