Grandma's Lake House is conveniently located in Harbor Village, yet secluded with fields on each side and views all around. This lovely home is completely functional and comfortable for large groups with plenty of gathering spaces.

Furnished in contemporary rustic comfort, this 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom lake house has everything you need. a cozy gas fireplace, Air conditioning, 2 Large smart tv's, free wifi, tons of games, a grill on the deck, a private 6 person hot tub, and a fully stocked kitchen plus an extra full sized fridge for drinks and extra snacks!

When you're not enjoying the sandy beaches and crystal blue water on the lakefront, biking around Garden City on the public bike path or trying the nearby ATV, snowmobile trails, you can enjoy a game of soccer, tetherball, football or volleyball in the huge yard complete with clubhouse playset for the kids, roast marshmallows under the stars around the fire pit or unwind in the private hot tub on the spacious deck, or relax in the comfy hammock sky chairs overlooking beautiful Bear Lake.

Grandma's Lake House ideally located within walking distance to public bike paths and hiking trails. Guests can also enjoy close proximity to the Bear Lake Marina, public beaches, Mike's Market, bike rentals, and downtown Garden City.

Wonderful stay at Bear Lake.

Much better than we expected. Really comfortable. I wish we had stayed another day or two. Kids loved the playground. The place was clean and had everything you needed for a fun stay.

Amazing. We had a great time at the cabin. It had the best view, plenty of sleeping arrangements, we had everything we needed, there were so many things for the kids to do and we loved that many were outdoors, the hosts were awesome and so responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely stay here again.

Everything was exactly as advertised. It is obvious that the owners also use the cabin. A great advantage over the commercial properties at Bear Lake.

This house was so great! It’s definitely Grandma’s house! It’s very well stocked and inviting just like Grandma’s! We came for a family reunion and we hosted the entire family of 50 people for dinner. There is tons of outdoor seating, the yard is so fun for the kids to play in, we used the fire pit every night, and there was room for our corn hole tournament.

Grandmas house was the BEST! So much room for my family of 20. 11 adults and 9 kids. Kids LOVED the “park” and adults loved the room the house had. And what a view! House was clean and even better than what it looked like online. We loved our stay and will be back!

Annual Getaway

My siblings & I have an annual get together every year in October & this by far has been our favorite home we have stayed at! The views were amazing, the home was super clean & beautiful, the playground entertained the kids for hours, the hotub on the patio was awesome, especially for late night or early morning relaxation. This home was just so enjoyable & I highly recommend a stay at Grandma’s Lakehouse!

Loved it again!!!

We returned to this property for a second summer and it was perfect again! We love it here!!! The view of the lake is amazing and it’s only a short drive to lots of beaches. The kids loved playing on the playground and hot tub. All age groups had a great time and there was plenty of room to spread out. We would love to come back again.

BEST VACA EVER!

Such a great house! Everyone commented on how nice it is. Super well stocked, lots of beach towels and blankets, etc. Having 2 fridges is amazingly helpful. If anything the house is nicer than the listing indicates.

LOVE THIS HOUSE!

This house was perfect for our large family! Our kids had a blast with volleyball, tether ball, soccer balls, tennis, and an amazing fire pit and hot tub! Beautiful views no matter where you were on the property! Even free treats (root beer and Oreos)! We will stay again!

We love grandma’s house!!!!

This property was perfect for our family reunion! There is so much space for families to spread out and the yard was amazing for kids! The cousins has such a great time playing on the slides and the playground. We loved the fence on the edge of the yard which made it perfect for a fun game of soccer in the yard. We were able to find great free public beaches near by too. It was an awesome find for us and we can’t wait to stay there again!!!
