Aloha, Mahalo for your kind words — we’re so glad you enjoyed the condo and found the courtyard beautiful. It truly is a special spot. We appreciate you letting us know about the air conditioning noise. We did have maintenance check it during your stay, and while they weren’t able to pinpoint the exact cause at that time, we will continue monitoring it to ensure everything is operating properly. Guest comfort is very important to us. Thank you as well for the suggestion about adding a TV in the bedroom. We value feedback like this and will certainly take it into consideration for future improvements. We hope to welcome you back again soon! Warmly, The Koloa Kai Team
