Sleep to the soothing sound of the surf. Oceanfront King Bed and fine linens, TV with HBO, WIFI, a new split air conditioning system, a well-stocked mini-kitchen, and a separate dressing room with full size daybed and safe. The bathroom features a tub-shower combo and lots of towels.

Beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella included.

**No Cleaning Fee**

Our oceanfront Studio is located on a quiet lane of private vacation homes, 20 feet from the water, and overlooks a sea turtle spot, and out to the Pacific in the exclusive Poipu Beach. This lovely studio is located on the home's 2nd floor nestled on a private tropically landscaped, gated property near white sand beaches, dive, snorkel and surf spots, fine restaurants and two golf courses.

We counted 16 turtles from the lanai one day last week: Simply spectacular.

The property faces east, and we encourage opening the oceanfront lanai door and let the fragrant breeze blow and the sound of gentle waves permeate through the Studio's spacious sleeping area. Television is opposite the bed. Oceanfront view table for Two for indoor dining.

Note: There are two units in this our oceanfront home. The First (Ground) Floor Apartment may be rented by one to two adults only while you are staying with us.

There is a BBQ in the garden dining area and the property is gated. On-site parking.

The position of this bed feels like a grand portal on the whole dynamic flow of creation out there. The view, the coffee, the sunshine and the bird greetings each morning, the ocean before us and the waterfall & tributary with turtles gently grazing all combined to bless each of our days spent here - morning and evening graces. And we slept very well! The scent of Dove soap will be an evocative reminder of our time here. Thank you for such a clean and comfy “nest”.

An oceanfront King bed with fine linens, custom-tiled bathroom with tub/shower combo and lots of towels, hardwood floors, custom furnishings, original Hawaiian art work, HD TV, wireless internet service, Bose Wave Radio and Alarm Clock, and a safe are just a few of the many touches.

You’ll hear the soothing sound of the surf, and cooling trade winds should be blowing, throughout the studio. Heavenly.

The home's outdoor dining area now includes a Weber propane barbecue and is located in a private lush tropical garden.

The upper studio's mini-kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, a coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, dinnerware, glassware, and a new 32" stainless steel GE refrigerator with two freezer drawers.

We love to sit on the studio’s oceanfront balcony and watch the green sea turtles swim below, the snorkelers and divers, and the kayaks and outrigger canoes paddle by. When the cool trade winds are blowing, it just doesn’t get much better.

Beautiful white sand beaches and a wide variety of cafes and restaurants are a short stroll or drive. Grocery stores and weekly farmer's markets too.
