The condo was exceptionally clean, the view was beautiful and it was quiet and very enjoyable to sit on the patio in the evening. We also had a few drinks at the Breakwater Grill one evening, we had a wonderful server and enjoyed how he took the time to speak with us and get to know us a bit and tell us a bit about himself, it was a really nice experience. The host was also extremely helpful and friendly, he was happy to answer all the questions we had even those that went beyond our specific rental. We will definitely be back.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
1st the pictures of what you get lets be clear,You get a very small 1 bed rm with tiny bath where the AC condensation drain Is plumbed To drip into the tub which Is No where near code and im sure this was not shown in any of te the pictures.The pool is not just right there its on the other side of the inits at the entrance coming in off main rd.There is no where to park in front of or close to the unit you rented, we was over 25 to 30 spaces 4 night out of 6 and they do not cae nor did they return any calls, The office was aware we have a special needs child with us but we rocked it.The lady below was nasty and rude yelling outside cussing at her dog but then banging on the ceiling multiple times was not sure why then came banging on the door told us to keep it down she was trying sleep, We were watching a movie and our special needs son was asleep only thing we were doing other than the movie was few loads of laundry. SHE WAS NOT NICE RUDE LOUD ,Im sure she is just a karen who is a neg person to begin with!!Home is very dirty they dolidnt bother cleaning it up, ,it was better when we left ,Again very disappoint but was there to see grandkids not sit in that unit.Would look around before hitting the reseve button any of these, Walden is a nice area these unit are not! BEST OF LUCK
