3 cómodas habitaciones con baño cada una, 4 camas en total.
2 matrimoniales, una king zize, y una queen zize. sofa cama y chase en 2 habitaciones.
Cada recamara con tv por cable, pantalla plana, internet inalambrico, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo.
cocina totalmente equipada con estufa, refrigerador, microondas, horno, licuadora, tostador, cafetera, platos, vasos, ollas sartenes, cubiertos, mantenerla.
se proporcionan dis toallas por cada huésped, proporcionamos agua purificada, jabon, shampo papel higiénico de cortesía solo para iniciar su estancia. Las piscinas cuentan con baños, camastros y sombrilla en el interior del condominio, las de la playa son con costo y no es con nosotros la tenta.
contamos con caseta de vigilancia las 24hs y estacionamiento libre dentro de la propiedad para un auto.

Great stay

Our stay was perfect for a family of 5, especially having 3 individual bathrooms. The location was close to everything you need during your stay. The host was very helpful with anything we needed.

Terrific Christmas in Cancun

Great Place for Families

We love staying at Villas Marlin. Our family love the variety of pools and the ability to just walk out to the beach. There is also a grocery store right across the street which is perfect for our family. Rosina was always available to answer any questions we had.

Beau site et condo correct

Beau site et les images montrent tout du condo. Rosina répond rapidement mais il faut poser bien des questions pour avoir des draps pour les futons. Peu de serviettes a mains et on a du demander pour avoir un linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. Le site est facilement accessible et sécuritaire. 3 piscines et nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes a avoir une chaise et il n'y avait jamais trop de gens dans celles-ci. Accès facile a la plage qui est tr`s belle. Il y a une épicerie de l'autre côté de la rue dans le centre commercial ou on peut presque tout trouver et un dépanneur a côté de l'entrée du site. Carte d'accès nécessaire pour entrer dans le condo et ils en fournissent uniquement une, donc si vous êtes un groupe, difficile de se séparer si vous sortez.

Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido totalmente satisfactoria, en cuanto a lo de las sábanas, se le llevaron y usted quería otro tipo de ropa de cama y se le pregunto que necesitaba, porque usted no explicaba qué requería, se le llevaron varias toallas de cocina y seca platos, aunque el anuncio no dice que los proporcionamos, usted rento para 4 personas y cuando se les pidieron los nombres para registro proporciono 7 nombres y en el departamento habían hasta 12 personas, perdió la tarjeta para entrar y tuvimos que acudir a las 11 de la noche a abrirle, se le cobro la tarjeta y eso no le pareció. No es usted bienvenido nuevamente a nuestro alojamiento, usted debe pagar un hotel, ya que exige servicios hoteleros.
