For rent is our recently renovated cape-style home in East Hampton, NY. Located in Springs, just five miles north of the village of East Hampton, N.Y.

Bedrooms and Home Features:

Master: King bed (full bathroom located next to bedroom)
Guest 1: Queen bed (shared bathroom with Guest 2)
Guest 2: Full bed (shared bathroom with Guest 1)
Guest 3: 2 Twin beds

The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with a spacious kitchen, family room and backyard deck. The deck leads to a beautifully landscaped backyard that offers plenty of room for activities and entertaining. Our home is located just a half mile walk from Maidstone Beach and Maidstone Pavillion. There are also several restaurants, marinas and markets in both walking distance and a short drive away.

The house is equipped with high-quality cooking tools and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen was recently renovated and offers a dining area that seats 8. The back deck (located right off the kitchen) boasts a Weber grill and dining area for outdoor entertaining. The linen closet is stocked with linens for all rooms, pillows and duvets. Towels and beach towels are also provided. High-speed wireless internet and local phone available to guests.

Weekly cleaning service provided.

The Surroundings:

Maidstone Beach is a quiet beach community in the Springs section of East Hampton. It's a quiet residential neighborhood far from the traffic and crowds you'll find in the villages in the summer. Our neighbors are a mix of year-round residents and seasonal renters.

Getting around:

Your own car is your best means of transportation, though it is possible to take a cab or UBER to the house from either the train or Jitney. Bay beaches, restaurants and historic Springs are a bike ride away.

Great Hamptons Stay

Nice to be out of the normal Hamptons area and a very nice house. Had everything we needed. Great proximity to restaurants, stores, and most importantly the beach!

Great hosts, awesome home and location

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in. Hosts are awesome, always accessible and helping with whatever they can. The house itself is clean, comfortable and well stocked and designed with lots of supplies. Our kids enjoyed all the books, games they have in the house . It is a short walk to the beach but in a quiet location. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home for four nights! It was extremely clean, the owners were very communicative and available to answer any questions via messaging within minutes, and the house was equipped with everything. From towels and linens to toys for the toddlers. There was a handy guy book with basic information about the home and nearby things to do which was also very helpful. Wonderful experience!

Memorable stay in the Hamptons

This property was perfect for 2 families wanting to see all that the Hamptons have to offer. A wonderfully appointed home with great amenities in a fantastic location. Just 15 min drive from Main Beach (public parking!), 45 mins from Montauk (must see) with Springs Tavern on the doorstep to meet the locals. We would heartily recommend this property for any families wishing to visit the area.
