Our Private home is Fully Equipped, recently Upgraded (new roof, floors, appliances, etc). It’s cleaned & thoroughly sanitized after each stay—the perfect retreat for your FL getaway!

This immaculate and thoughtfully equipped home offers everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. Step inside to a spacious, stylishly decorated living area, fully air-conditioned throughout for your comfort.

The dine-in kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring ample counter space, a closet pantry, and a breakfast bar. It comes fully stocked with essentials including pots and pans, a coffee maker, Tupperware, a kettle, a rice cooker, and more—everything you need to feel right at home.

The Primary Master Suite features a luxurious king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool. The ensuite bathroom includes a garden tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities for added convenience.

The Second Master offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom—ideal for additional privacy.

Two beautifully themed bedrooms (great for kids or the young at heart) each include flat-screen TVs and share a full bathroom.

All TVs in the home are smart-enabled, with access to Netflix, Roku, and Disney+.

Enjoy your Backyard Oasis including a covered patio and screened pool. Soak up some rays in one of our loungers out by the pool or sit back in the shade under our covered lanai with some cool refreshing drinks. For safety we kindly recommend using plastic glasses in this area.

Our creatively themed Game Room is a guest favorite! It features air hockey, foosball, Xbox, and a variety of board games—guaranteed to keep everyone entertained for hours.

Guests will have full access to the entire home. Check-in instructions will be provided the day before your arrival.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
This property features a Smart Lock. Your unique access code will be shared approximately 24 hours prior to check-in.

STARTER SET
We supply a starter set of amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. These are meant to get you started so you don’t need to rush to the store upon arrival.

KID FRIENDLY
We’ve got little travelers in mind! The home includes a pack and play, Disney approved double stroller, kid friendly dinnerware and a high chair for your convenience.

POOL/SPA HEAT
Pool/spa heat is optional and available at $30 per day. Pool heat is recommended from the end of Oct to mid-April. Please make reservation 24 hours in before you arrive (pool/ tub takes 24 hours to be warmed up).

POOL RULES
For everyone's safety - Diving, rough play, or running around the pool area is prohibited. Children and non-swimmers should have adult supervision at all time. There is no lifeguard on duty and it is a major condition of this reservation that the use of the pool is entirely at the guest’s risk.

BBQ GRILL
Available for use at a $50 one-time fee per stay.

NON-SMOKING HOUSE
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and around the pool area. This includes e-cigarettes/vapes.

NO EVENTS
Our home is not meant to be used to host big parties or social/group gatherings. Only guests whose names are on the Rental Agreement are authorized to stay in the home. Any guest having a party or social/group gathering in the home or exceeding the number of authorized people will be evicted without refund.

HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL
Please observe trash collection days and place them in the home trash containers daily to keep a clean home.
Wednesdays – Recycling
Thursdays – General Trash

SECURITY CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras are in place for the safety of both guests and the property.

We understand accidents happen. If something breaks, please let us know. Treat the home with respect—as if it were your own. If any issue arises during your stay, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
