Pool heat included at no additional charge! South facing pool, 4 master suites. This home has a King in bedroom 1, direct access to the pool and spa and a walk in shower in its bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a set of bunk beds that includes a twin on top, full size mattress on bottom, and a twin size trundle bed underneath. It has a walk in shower in its bathroom. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have King beds and full bathrooms. There are TVs and DVD players in every bedroom. It has wireless capability for those who will bring their own computers for business. The spacious, open kitchen has granite countertops and is perfect for dining in and spending a relaxing meal at home. There is plenty of seating for up to 10 guests. The living room features a 55" TV with BluRay player, comfortable leather sofas and a view of the pool area to watch the kids play while you kick your feet up and relax. The game room features an all new PS5 gaming console with games and a 55" TV screen, a pool table and air hockey. There is no carpet in the house, although there are a few area rugs. The south facing pool and spa gets sun all day long!

Our home includes central air and heat, bath towels, pool towels, bed linens, full size washer and dryer, hair dryers in each bathroom, highchair, iron, ironing board, high speed internet with wireless capability, telephone service and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, coffee maker that you can use either K-cups for single cup or standard basket filters for 12 cup coffee pot, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, etc.

To make your arrival a little easier on you, our starter welcome packet includes:

* 1 hotel-size bar soap per bathroom
* 1 hotel-size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom
* Toilet paper in bathroom
* 1 roll paper towel
* 1 packet dishwasher detergent
* 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
* 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
* Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

Our home has child safety alarms on all back doors leading to the pool area. We also have a child safety fence that will be set up prior to your arrival.

There are exterior only cameras for security. There is one outside the front door, another in front of the garage, and two on the side of the home overseeing the air conditioning units and pool heater.
