Our home is located in Windsor Hills Resort, which is the premier vacation rental resort in the heart of Florida’s world-class vacation destination! Located in Kissimmee, Florida. Windsor Hills Resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World® , Disney Springs, ESPN Sports Complex, Universal Studios, Sea World, Gatorland, and more!
Welcome to our inviting & Spacious vacation home. Our 6 bedroom 4 bath has a built in Private pool and Spa with a lanai screened large private patio and fully stocked kitchen. Also 2 main level with 2 themed children bedrooms, game room with pool table, football table, & air hockey.
**Community Amenities is complimentary**
1. Sir Windsor’s AquaVenture Water Park boasts two large dueling slides, two smaller slides, and a giant splash pad.
2. Resort Pool: Take a dip in our zero-entry lagoon pool! This 140,000 gallon resort pool is heated year round, even in the cooler winter months. And if you’re in the mood to unwind, our large hot tub will hit the spot after a long day at the Parks!
3.Club House: it offers a state of the art fitness center, games room, movie theater, shower/changing facilities and ample outdoor lounge seating to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The Marketplace & Grill is also conveniently located at the center of the Clubhouse.
4. Sports Courts and 3 amazing playgrounds
**The BEDROOM SUITE BREAKDOWN**
1. FIRST FLOOR: Queen Suite with full bathroom (Powder room)
2. SECOND FLOOR: Master King Suite complete with en suite full bathroom, and a baby crib
3. SECOND FLOOR: Mater King Suite complete with en suite full bathroom
4. SECOND FLOOR: King Suite with shared full bathroom
5. SECOND FLOOR: 1 Full Bed & 1 Twin suite with shared full bathroom (Harry Potter Theme)
6. SECOND FLOOR: 1 Full Bed & 1 Twin Suite with shared full bathroom (Star Wars Theme)
Outdoor Living Space:
- Private swimming pool and jacuzzi
- Outdoor dining area
- Pool heat/spa is optional at $35/day. You must hire the service you're during your entire stay. Please let us know ahead of time.
- BBQ grill there is a extra charge of $85 to use it. The fee covers the cost to use and clean the grill only, it does not include a propane tank. You may trade in propane tank for a full one or use any left over.
