* Upstairs: two cozy bedrooms (walk-through access to the main bedroom) and a secondary bathroom
* Fresh towels and essentials provided to make your stay comfortable

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and both bathrooms. Enjoy the shared backyard, and if you'd like to use the barbecue, simply schedule in advance.

Additional Details:
* Parking: The driveway is shared on a first-come, first-served basis with the neighboring unit. If it’s occupied, street parking is available. Street parking is free during the day, and if you receive a rare $25 parking ticket at night, I’ll reimburse you.
* BBQ: If you plan to use the barbecue, please let us know in advance to reserve a time slot (two hours or longer if the other unit has no prior booking).
