Our beautiful beach house is Sunny, cosy and serene. Close to the river, beach, walkways and playground. Fully fenced with off street parking and a super chill vibe! 3 bedrooms 2 with queen beds 1 with a set of single bunks and an extra single bed. Great outdoor areas a bbq and glorious sunroom.

Great house for a beach stay, loved having the undercover table to eat outside, ice maker and coffee machine were a great addition. Comfy beds and everything we needed.

Great spacious house, recently refurbished. We liked the sun room and the bean bags. The bonus bunk bed up top was a hit! Bbq area was out of sun, but nice table and chairs outside. Nice and close to walkway to river.

We were in the area for a wedding at Tatum park The accommodation was perfect for its location and proximity to the beach. Highly recommend.

Lovely, spacious home with plenty of room for our 2x small families (2x under-5’s). Perfectly located to walk to Waikawa beach within a couple of minutes. Manakau Market close by on SH1 was great for food.Only thing I’d mention was that we had to bring our own sheets and linen. We were only told a couple of hours before check-in which was extremely lucky we were still at home (since the weather was bad). If the sun was shining we would’ve made an early start up the coast from Welly without any sheets/towels. I’d recommend that this is mentioned in the listing.Despite that, we’d happily stay again (now we know about the sheets!). Corinna was easy and prompt to communicate with and helped us to recover a forgotten charger. Thanks again for this :)
