The stay was fine. The beds are not real mattresses which seems poorly done for a Vrbo. Would have been nice to have a long mirror other than the 1 bathroom mirror as well as ice trays to make ice.

Immaculate and Extremely Flexible Owner

The house was very clean and tastefully decorated and the owner went above an beyond several times including early check in, late check out and laundry assistance (the description said there was laundry and there wasn't so she was kind enough to help us out).

Throughout my stay, multiple issues came up and the host never responded to a single message. I contacted VRBO and they told me because I can't prove my issues, they can't do anything about it. My issues were the following: I booked for 5 people, house had 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. The host only provided 2 towels and absolutely no bedding for the pull out couch (no pillow, blanket, sheet, nothing) there were no extra blankets on the upstairs beds either so literally had to just lay on the couch without any bedding. And we had to go buy bath towels (since we were visiting from out of state and did not have any) to shower. Then, we tried to make popcorn.. the microwave makes sounds but absolutely no heat/function so that didn't work either! Again, all issues that could have been easily fixed had there been ANY communication at all. Extremely disappointed and really put a sour taste on our short trip to Pittsburgh.

Had a very fun time. The place was super nice. I was admittedly a little worried about the driving around in Pittsburgh and parking with this place but this made it so much easier and an enjoyable experience
