The property is clean and well-managed. It's well furnished with everything a guest would need. The hosts were very accessible and easy to communicate with. The property has a nice view of Valdez and is midway between the town and the ski area.

We are so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay at A Bella Vista Valdez Lodge. It was our pleasure serving you. Thank you for your kind review.
The town houses are beautiful and spacious. The location is amazing, being less than 15 min from the Ski Resort, as well as 15-20 minutes from town for groceries. It doesn’t get much better than that. The hot tub was very enjoyable as well.

Thank you, Geordy. It was a pleasure hosting your delightful family, particularly over the Christmas Holiday. Come back anytime!
We spent 2 nights at the Bella Vista Valdez lodge and had an excellent experience. The location of the townhouse was great because of the easy access to the ski valley and the quaint town of Arroyo Seco. The spacious floorplan was perfect for our group of 6 and the well appointed kitchen made it easy for meal prep and dining. Communication with the owners was excellent, as well. If you are planning a trip to Taos, we highly recommend staying at Bella Vista.
This was a great place to stay for a large group that wants to ski Taos. The host was very responsive with some hiccups with check in and a battery change in the fire alarm. It was about a 15 minute drive to the mountain and a 15 minute drive to town. We went out to dinner one night in Taos the town and it was great! The place was clean and beds were comfortable. The stars are beautiful out there! We really enjoyed our stay with a large group and would definitely book again.
Spacious, well decorated, side by side adobes. However, for a summer stay with a family of 11, we were uncomfortable. One unit did not have the listed sofa bed, one grill was unusable and after we purchased a fill for the propane tank, the tank was removed by the manager. There was only one fan. At night the bedrooms were between 75 and 80 degrees. Supplies were inadequate, i.e. toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, dish sponges, etc. We were supplied with some extra paper towels and toilet paper after requesting. 2 beds were very uncomfortable with springs poking into the users body. We were provided with 2 foam pads after complaining which were of some help. For the purpose of summer activities, the location was not ideal.
