We had a wonderful stay! The house was amazing and the little side yard was great for our puppy! Our kids had a blast and we will definitely consider renting again when we come back! Everything was Amazing! Thank You So Much!
This was a beautiful home/cabin. The only issues we had were with the hot tub and the oven, but were too busy to really use either one. The host was prompt on responding back, so overall, we had a wonderful time, and a beautiful home to enjoy some downtime in.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the clean space and had a great experience with our team. We’d be happy to host you again anytime.
We really enjoyed our stay!! From the hot tub, to bears, to listening to the creek on the balcony. It was perfect for my family! We got to do lots of fun activities that weren't too far, or just comfortable to hang around. When we first got there we noticed bear activity having dragged trash everywhere. I contacted management and it was fixed the very next day. We had a great stay and were treated so well!

Thank you for your kind review! We’re thrilled you and your family enjoyed the hot tub, wildlife, and relaxing creekside views. We’re glad we could quickly address the bear activity and hope to host you again for another great stay!
The cabin was clean inside and well-stocked. I wish the outdoor hot tub area had been kept cleaner, though. Also, the driveway was very steep. While trying to go up the driveway, our tire was punctured. The staff was quick to respond to any concerns I had.
The location and home were awesome for our party. However, the driveway is treacherous without 4WD and not doable in any inclement weather. Scary!! We did not have heat but the mgmt brought space heaters. We left early due to this but understood that things like this happen at times. The company did rectify the situation and refunded a partial credit for the days we did not stay. Otherwise a very nice place. Clean and well maintained.
We had a blast the cabin is beautiful. The hill is super steep you may not be able to drive up the hill when there is snow. But we had a blast thank you for allowing us to stay at your cabin

The cabin and location were perfect. The driveway was a bit steep, but we were warned. The house was very clean. The only complaint would be the rugs. They were definitely tripped over a few times and need to be replaced. Overall, a wonderful time and place to stay!
The house and amenities were nice...not excellent. Master bedroom had a garden tub but no shower. The driveway was so steep with the long vehicle we took the truck teetered on three wheels when we turned it around to leave the property. Internet was spotty at best. Nothing could be wached via wifi and the tv channels didnt work.. the house had a flight of stairs up to it and three levels inside. So be prepared for a great workout. Would I stay here again? No. I would find another place.
Interesting vacation. Didn't get out much due to weather & multiple times our request to have the driveway cleared. Some request went unanswered. Some request were responded to in a generic fashion. We were unprepared with food & drinks, which didn't concern the host group (driveway issues).Upon arrival on Jan 16th, we had to contact someone & then wait for salt to be put down at the base of the driveway. It would've been nice had this been taken care of prior to arrival. The dude that was sent out to take care of it, he was great! The rental is directly on the side of a mountain, therefore you have no additional room/yard space. Although we did not bring a dog, I wouldn't suggest bringing one. Not sure where the pup would do its business. Everything is steep, very steep. Driveway is mentioned....but the tight turns are not. As mentioned, rental is on a mountain side, so everything will kinda lean, which is to be expected, still kinda crazy when you come from somewhere where everything is flat. Knowing our home would be impacted with weather conditions never before seen in our lifetime, we attempted to depart a day early, again, we were told the driveway would not be cleared. Rental was roomy for our 5-person group.Hot tub was utilized for first two nights, afterwards, it just wouldn't get warm enough (temps outside got lower).Electricity stayed on, that's a perk!! Hot water runs out quickly, plenty of blankets & pillows.Ya live/Ya learn

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad the space was roomy for your group and that you enjoyed the hot tub for part of your stay, along with reliable electricity and plenty of blankets and pillows. We understand that the weather, steep terrain, and driveway conditions presented challenges, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience you experienced with snow clearing and communication. Your comments about the driveway, limited yard space, and hot water are appreciated, and we’ll review these issues to improve future stays. Thank you again for sharing your experience—your feedback is valuable, and we’ll work to make improvements.
Cabin was cozy, close to everything, stunning views, clean, and definitely looking forward to going back!

We enjoyed the unique set up of the house for 8 people and having 4 bathrooms. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We even had 3 bear visitors! However, the hot tub wasn't ready to be used when we got there bc it was still cool and then we had to top it off with a hose after every use due to several small plugs missing where head rests likely were. The main kitchen oven pictured does not work, just the stove top. A small toaster oven is available, but not convenient when baking for 8. There were not enough utensils, etc for the number of people the house accomodates. Pans were very small. Many things felt like they were on the edge of breaking and made us nervous to touch them....fence posts, arm rests, fridge parts, blind in upper room, main rug, porch swing, bunk bed rails (also the bunk squeaks a lot!), etc. The master bath had a nice soaking tub, but no shower. We enjoyed the peaceful little stream sound and wish the road wasn't so busy. The host seems to be a 3rd party (Grand Welcome) and responds very nicely, but when they refer a problem on to their "local team", nothing gets taken care of or addressed. Spectrum channels and wifi were nice and so were the multi level heat/cooling thermostats. We appreciated bringing our dog (price increased more than the expected pet fee when adding it prior to booking), but please know that there is no grass or yard for business to be done in, just the side of the hill with leaves. Overall, it needs more TLC.
