This memorable condo is the perfect home base for your trip to Young Harris. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with 2 bathrooms featuring a jetted bathtub, this beautiful property offers a serene retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a fitness center, AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer in your unit during your stay. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy the pool with outside grills. Take advantage of The Freedom Boat Club that is available. Our condo is prime, so you may even get to witness a wedding or two on the lawn. Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, so enjoy a meal on the deck overlooking the mountains and lake. We have a brand new air mattress and extra sheets available for extra guests. There are boardgames available as well. Don't forget to check the Georgia Mountain Fairground's schedule for multiple events/concerts less than 5 minutes away. TOP GOLF is at the marina just a short walk away. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

I am from Rabun County, Georgia. I've loved growing up in the mountains and once we saw this condo, we didn't look anymore. We bought this condo, not realizing how much we were going to love it! Location, location, location. My son is 10 years old and loves the bouncy water slides in the summer. There are numerous restaurants in the area. The Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds is less than 5 minutes away. They are constantly having concerts and festivals. Wineries are close if you like wine tasting. My family enjoys fishing, boating, traveling. This condo is spacious and we love to just sit on the deck and watch the boats drive by and the lights at night. We hope you enjoy.
Why they chose this property
This condo is in Hiawassee/Young Harris. There is live music on weekends that is walking distance to enjoy. There is no Atlanta traffic, just beautiful landscaping, mountains, and a gorgeous lake. The condo is on the second floor, so the view is that much better. Your view is not obstructed by any other condos. We have viewed numerous wedding ceremonies while just sitting on our back deck. This is a small town feel with a luxurious atmosphere.
What makes this property unique
There are only 4 units in this building. I feel like we hit the jackpot with this condo. The view and location is everything. There is a Dollar General less than a mile away if you forget anything you need right away. You have a variety of restaurants near the condo. There are golf courses near by and a spa.
