Spacious Hill Country Condo on the Beautiful T Bar M Ranch!
This complex is the perfect getaway for couples or families. The ranch features many activities on property including swimming, tennis, or simply strolling along the many stone-lined paths through beautiful oak trees.

T-Bar- M 101 is a large spacious condo offering 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that sleeps and allows 11 guests maximum.
Master: King -downstairs-
2nd Bedroom: Queen with Twin Trundle -downstairs-
3rd Bedroom: 2 Double Beds -upstairs-
4th Bedroom: Queen -upstairs-

This gorgeous condo has a full kitchen, access to tennis courts, swimming, and grills by pool area. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, and only minutes from the Comal/Guadalupe Rivers and Schlitterbahn. T Bar M Ranch is conveniently located only minutes from New Braunfels' charming downtown district, dancing and dining in historic Gruene, splashing at world famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing down the crystal blue waters of the Comal River.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.

Insects, a scorpion, and a frog in our condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was okay, but we had small ants through the place and during our stay found a frog in our closet and had a scorpion drop from the ceiling on us.

Nice Hill Country condo.

This condo is older but was perfect for our needs: four comfortable bedrooms, nice kitchen and sitting area, and short walk to pool.

Cute and Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy property. The views were amazing and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect relaxing get away. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pools were closed for maintenance during our stay and I was really looking forward to using the pool and hot tub.
